Servicing & maintenance
Annual filter cleans, gas checks and performance servicing to keep units running efficiently.
Regular servicing keeps an air conditioning system running efficiently and catches small problems — a low refrigerant charge, a clogged filter, a struggling fan — before they turn into a breakdown or a big power bill. We offer annual servicing visits covering a filter clean, a refrigerant (F-Gas) leak check, and a general performance check of both the indoor and outdoor units.
- Filter clean and inspection
- F-Gas refrigerant leak check
- Indoor and outdoor unit performance check
- Written report after every visit
Frequently asked questions
How often should I service my AC unit?
Once a year is the usual recommendation for a domestic system, ideally in spring before the cooling season starts. Units used heavily or in dusty environments may benefit from more frequent filter cleans.
What happens if you find a refrigerant leak?
We'll tell you what we found and quote separately for the repair — a leak check is a diagnostic, not a repair, and we won't carry out paid work beyond the service without confirming it with you first.
